Guarantee


Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 60 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on used, painted, customized, or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.


Funds must be in U.S. Currency.
 
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii – Please call Stylin’ Trucks at 1-800-586-9713 to place your order.
 
Canada – Orders may be placed on our website. Shipping charges will be double the listed charges shown in the shipping table further down this page.
 
Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering.
 
International – Customers outside the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada).

Requirements for international orders:
  • All quotes, prices and orders will be given in US Dollars only.
  • All orders must be paid by bank wire transfer only.
  • Minimum item total must equal or exceed $500 before shipping.
  • Before giving any price quotes we will need the complete address including:
    • Name (First and Last)
    • Company (when applicable)
    • Street address
    • City
    • State/Province/County(when applicable)
    • Country
    • Phone number
    • E-mail
  • Shipping charges are considerably more expensive than our standard shipping rates. A shipping quote will be calculated per order.
  • Shipping outside the continental United States takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • Any Custom Ordered items will first be received in our warehouse from our manufacturer. These items will then incur an additional shipping charge and leave our warehouse. If your order contains Custom Ordered items, we will inform you with your shipping quote.
  • We will guide you through all of these steps. Simply email us at international@stylintrucks.com with the products you wish to order (or call us at 216-643-6600)
All orders will be shipped via FedEx International or the US Postal Service.

Typographical Errors


All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that Stylin' Trucks cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Returns and Exchanges


Shop with Confidence. How to Make a Return


  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) by contacting a Stylin' Trucks Customer Service Representative by calling 1-800-894-5450 or by email at service@stylintrucks.com.
  2. Fill out the return paperwork on the back of your invoice and include with your return.
  3. Use the preprinted return label on the bottom right corner of your invoice or address your return as follows:

  4. Ship your return prepaid, Stylin Trucks recommends Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please obtain the tracking # from the carrier.
  5. All returns are processed with 1 business day of receipt. If you have requested an exchange your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for your order. Going through the normal banking process you will typically see a refund posted to a credit card within 3-5 business days.

We collect 7.75% sales tax for all orders shipping to Ohio, and 7.0% for all orders shipping to Illinois.

FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service will be used to ship all products except those indicated Truck Freight (see below). Use the Shipping Chart below to determine what your shipping costs will be.

Truck Freight - These items are too large for standard ground shipping and are shipped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). Freight charges will be added at the end of your order, and are in addition to our standard shipping charges. Once you place a freight shipped item into your cart you can click on the "Shipped By Truck Freight" link to see what the charge for that item will be. Please provide a business shipping address for Common Carrier shipments.
 
Express Shipping - Express Shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders of in-stock, regular sized items. Note that for an order to qualify for express shipping, every item on the order must be eligible for express shipping. The following express shipping options are available. Note that all prices are in addition to our standard shipping charges
  • For an additional $12.95 your order can be shipped 3-Day, for delivery on 1/12/2009.
  • For an additional $18.95 your order can be shipped 2-Day, for delivery on 1/9/2009.
  • For an additional $24.95 your order can be shipped Overnight, for delivery on 1/8/2009.
Express shipping orders placed on business days by 3:30PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3:30PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Damages


UPS, US Post Office, or FedEx shipments - Please notify us at 1-800-894-5450 immediately so we can initiate the claim process. Please keep all packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.
 
Truck Freight Shipments - It is imperative to make a note of any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Open and inspect the merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt. We can only initiate claims if the damage was noted at the time of delivery.

Warranty


Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. Stylin’ Trucks is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.

When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order


There are two pieces of information that determine when you will receive your order:
 
  A. When we ship the order
B. Length of time the order takes to ship from our warehouse to you
 
A. When we ship the order
the expected ship date for each item you ordered was shown on the Parts Display page when you ordered the item (see example below). If you didn't notice the date and want to see it, then type your item number in the Search Box in the upper left hand corner of any screen, hit Enter and you'll see the Parts Display page for the item you ordered. Stock levels change constantly so it may not be the same as when you ordered it. Click here to see an explanation of the different messages you may see.
 
B. Length of ship time
  • If the item is In Stock, that means it will be shipped out of our warehouse. Once we ship your order, it will take an additional 1 to 5 days for you to receive it. Click here to determine how long it will take for you to receive it after we ship it.
  • If the item is not in stock, we will ship it from our warehouse as soon as we receive it or we may ship it directly from our supplier to you if we determine you will receive it faster that way.
  • If you have items on your order with different expected ship dates, we will ship each item as soon as it's available.
  • Orders shipping to Canada - Allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your order after we ship it.
  • We try to be as accurate as possible when estimating our ship dates. We would rather overestimate than underestimate.

To make sure all of our customers get the best deal, we have a one price policy, which is the best price on top quality parts. Volume discounts may be available on an order by order basis for multiple orders of a single part, or orders over $3000. Please make the subject of your email or fax "Volume Order Request" and include your email address, fax number, and daytime telephone number.
